What is nel/nello?

What is Prepositional Articles?
In short when Preposition comes before articles in a sentence and nothing being between them they combined together and become Prepositional Articles. 
In other sentence:
In italian for using "in" we use "in" but if we need to use "in" with article "the" then we use nel/nello.

When use nel and when use nello:
There's no difference in meaning. You use "nello" when the following masculine word starts with "s + consonant", "z", "gn", "ps" or "pt". Otherwise, you use nel.

Third person                       lei   -   lui                           loro

Example:

io sono un ragazzo = I am a boy
io sono una ragazza = I am a girl
lui è un ragazzo = He is a boy
lei è una ragazza = She is a girl
tu sei un uomo = you are a man
voi siete uomini = You all are men
noi siamo ragazze = we are girls
loro sono ragazzi = they are boys

Rule # 1:
Sono is for io, sei is for tu, è is for lei/lui, siamo is for noi, siete is for tu, Sono is for loro. these are like helping verbs of Italian language these are conjugated from "essere" which means "to be".
